1. Provider and scope

This website is provided by Treppen Sonsala, Marek Sonsala, Lohmühlwiesen 14, 76356 Weingarten (Baden), Germany (see Legal notice). By using the website you accept these terms. They apply to consumers and businesses alike; mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

2. Content, stair planner and configurator

The content of this website provides general information about our services. The stair planner, configurator and the "In my room" view deliver non-binding guide values and visualisations. They do not replace an on-site survey or planning by us; only the dimensions measured at your home, the applicable building regulations (in particular the state building code and DIN 18065) and our written quotation are decisive. Illustrations may differ from the final product, as every stair is a bespoke one-off.

3. No contract via the website

The presentations on this website are not a binding offer. A request via the form, by phone or by e-mail is non-binding and free of charge. A contract is only concluded when you accept our written quotation; its terms then apply exclusively.

An appointment request via the website is also non-binding and free of charge; the appointment only applies once we have confirmed it.

4. Copyright

All photos, videos, texts, graphics, 3D views and the design of this website are protected by copyright and belong to us or are used with the permission of the rights holders. Any reproduction, editing, distribution or use outside this website – including on social media, portals or other websites – requires our prior written consent. Sharing a link to our pages is expressly permitted.

5. Your photos and details

If you send us photos via the request form, you confirm that you may use them and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties. We use your photos solely to process your request and do not publish them without your express consent. A photo you select in the "In my room" view only leaves your device if you share it via the link yourself; shared photos are deleted after 90 days. It is prohibited to submit malicious code, advertising or unlawful content via the forms; such attempts are blocked and logged automatically.

6. Customer reviews

The reviews shown on the website come unchanged from our Google business profile and are retrieved live via the Google Maps Platform. We do not select reviews by their content and do not shorten or change any texts; Google determines the selection and order of the reviews shown. We compare new reviews with our orders and report reviews that cannot be attributed to a customer to Google for review. The display of reviews is additionally subject to Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/).

7. Availability and liability

We strive for constant availability and correct content but cannot guarantee either. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage; otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

8. Links to other websites

This website contains links to third-party services (for example Google). Their respective providers are solely responsible for their content. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

9. Data protection

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy. You can change your privacy settings at any time via the link at the bottom of every page.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For questions or complaints, please contact us directly at info@treppen-sonsala.de.

11. Applicable law and changes

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence. If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is our place of business. We may amend these terms; the version published on this page applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
